Frustrated over here. Believe I have a whopper of a virus, just recently downloaded Norton Anti-Virus 2012 to help fight it. Have now downloaded it twice and Norton comes back saying "You have successfully downloaded Norton Anti-Virus 2012" with a button saying: "Explore". But once you hit that button I get the above Error code. I have re-booted twice to no avail. I have clicked on the Norton symbol showing on my system, and get the same Error code. So while paying for this download it hasn't really downloaded. Unable to run scan, yet my computer says I have Virus protection? Anybody know what gives? I think it is this Virus I have fighting it back! Seems to have a mind of it's own. Has slowed my system down to a crawl and re-directs everytime your on the internet. Also let me mention on the possible problems according to Norton pop-ups it says you may not be connected to the internet which is not the issue. Hope that helps. Need an expert to solve this one for me. About to surrender defeat and take the whole computer to the experts physically. Thanks in advance! Cheers.
