Hi Three days ago Norton Internet Security 2012 detected a "trojan.maljava" in one of my computers. Norton made the normal procedure and said that everything was ok, that the virus was deleted, etc. After a while Norton stopped working and recognized the malfunction as the error "8505,104" appeared. I tried all the suggestions, like the Norton Power Eraser tool (I downloaded as suggested and the tool just simple doesn't open), I installed and reinstalled Norton and the error just shows up again. Can you someone help me?
