Hi...new member to this forum....and I'm not necessarily happy with this issue....have already done the 'reinstall' of internet Security 2013...the error went away for awhile...and now it's back....and why would I want to switch back to 2012 (which by the way, I'm not licensed for)...i switched to Symantec from McAfee because I was assured there would be help available....and I find this to be my only 'help' unless I want to PAY.....
Here's my real question.....does this mean the PC getting the error is 'exposed' ... and rebotting to get rid of the message is bogus......and reinstalling 2012 is even more bogus....I paid for 2013---and I paid for a 3-PC install....
What does the error really mean.....and why isn't it being addressed?
