This problem first manifested a few months ago and has only now become sufficiently annoying to look for help with it. I'm getting CPU Performance alerts on programs I wish to exclude. When the popups appear I click Details and Settings, but instead of getting the option to exclude I get the error message: File not found or information is not available for this format
Whatever the problem is , also keeps the program being added to the list in the normal config dialog, so again I cannot exclude them.
All of the programs happen go be BOINC/World Community Grid programs which are cpu-intensive Earlier versions of these programs have alerted and been exclude with no problem, and I don't run anything else which is likely to alert so I have nothing else to compare it to. I'm getting these alerts every minute now and it's very annoying, but I'd rather not turn the feature completely off. How can I fix this or at worst manually add these programs to the exclusion list?
