Error Code 14339

Using a Galaxy S2, Android 4.0.4.

 

Recently completed a factory reset. Reinstalled NMS 3.0, and I get the following message;

 

License activation failed. Error code 14339. Please contact Norton support for help.

 

My license expires on Apr 25, 2013

 

Please advice me how to resolve this issue. I suspect the license key has gone bonzia.  

Strangely when I login to mobilesecurity there are no devices registered...?

 

When I login to my Norton Account it says there are no installs left ,even though the expiry still says Apr 25, 2013. Looks like the phone factory reset then reinstall of Norton has killed the license key.

Please do the following:

 

  1. Login to manage.norton.com.
  2. Click My Account.
  3. Click Products.
  4. Click the Norton Mobile Security icon. You can see your device listed along with the license info. Click the trash icon next to it to remove the device.
  5. Activate and register NMS from your device using your Norton Account.

Followed your instructions and removed the device, but the same error message persists when I attempt to register.

All fixed after talking with chat, license key got reset - took about 5 minutes
