I'm still getting the Norton error code 20008 when clicking on an email from Norton

When I use the Edge browser it says my account isn't active but it certainly is from the screenshots

I was offered dark web monitoring  but only get a 20008 error when responding to the activate button

Curious, can you Sign In to your Norton account? https://my.norton.com/
Sign In from Chrome, Edge or Firefox?  https://my.norton.com/extspa/lifelock
R U blocking any Norton pages content (ads, trackers, scripts, frames, etc)?
R U using VPN? 
Curious, can you Sign In at Norton product main window?
