Hi
I have my 10 User Norton360 installed on a number of Laptops, Tablets and Smart Phones. All 10 subscriptions are in use and all devices show 10 of 10 used except this machine, an HP Laptop running Windows 10 which shows only 9 of 10 subscriptions in use.
I have done several live updates and also a reinstall but still it shows 9 o 10 in use. Can anyone tell me why this should be and how to put this right.
