A few hours ago LiveUpdate failed yet again to install a large download of 143mb. Because of the length of time it ran at high cpu (over 8 minutes) the installation eventually froze the computer.
Intelligent Updater however works like a dream and downloads and installs the same143mb. virus definitions file in just over 1 minute.
This extract from the log shows the following error ............

The key name seems to be missing and the run failed to find a compatible product while deploying V whatever that is?
I assumed that the process ran successfully as running LiveUpdate directly afterwards did not show any significant download.
Could Symantec please take a look at this section of the log and tell me if some modification is required before Intelligent Updater is run again.
