Getting the following error when I login to the desktop Norton Identity Safe Software:
"A Network error is preventing access to your vault. Please check your computer's internet connectivity and try again"
I have tried the following support note:

but it asks me to go to Detailed Settings and Identity Safety...but I don't have an option called Detailed Settings. My Android phone is still able to access my Identity safe passwords etc.
