Error "Service Module has encountered a problem and needs to close." with Ghost 14.0

I am Getting the error "Service Module has encountered a problem and needs to close." running Ghost 14.0

I am running WinXP SP3 on an Intel Q6800 Quad-core with 4GB ram

 

I go into the Application Event Viewer and this is what it says:

 

Faulting application VProSvc.exe, version 14.0.5.34587, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 5.1.2600.5755, fault address 0x000101b3.

 

It was happening with Norton Ghost 10.0, so I uninstalled that and installed Ghost 14.0

 

This is during an interval backup.  I had a full backup that ran successfully 2 nights ago.

 

Any idea why this is happening?

When Norton Ghost 14.0 on WinXP does a backup, Windows gives me a "Service Module has encountered a problem and needs to close." dialog.

 

When I click to see the data this error report contains, it gives me this as the error signature:

 

szAppName : VProSvc.exe     szAppVer : 14.0.5.34587     szModName : ntdll.dll
szModVer : 5.1.2600.5755     offset : 000101b3   

 

How do I fix this?
