Hi everyone,
Well yesterday I installed the Norton 360 4.0[ I used to have the Norton 360 3.0]. Everything was ok, so I used the LiveUpdate and I had to restart my notebook after the uptade, and when it turned on there was a message of error.
"tuIh.exe memory could no be "written"
And Norton simply stopped working, even if I click at the icon on Desktop.
I tried to re-install the Norton many times but nothing has worked, I also used the Norton Remove Tool [Downloaded from the Symantec Site] but it was hopeless
Can anyone please help me?
Tnks

No one knows it? or had this problem?
I think it is the tulh.exe that we haven't seen. Sometimes over top upgrades don't work well. You might be best to uninstall through add/remove and try a reinstall. Save your logins and sign out of identity safe.

Umm ok, I'll try to reinstall once more, hope it works =D
Thank u
Well, after a lot of effort and research about it, I got a solution, that was a problem on System32,probably some files/dll had crashed, so Norton conflict with that.
The Solution [if anyone had this problem - my OS XP Prof SP2]
I used the repair tool,as if I was installing a new OS,but without losing any files, just to repair the OS. After that, I reinstalled Norton and everything is now working perfectly =D.
Hope that this helps anyone who's having this problem. Tnks a lot.
