Error "tv_ConfigMgrErr24" reported by Symantec Network filter driver

1. How do I fix this?  "Symantec Network Security Intermediate Filter Driver, is reporting "tv_ConfigMgrErr24". This device will not be available until the issue is resolved. The Plug and Play ID for this device is ROOT\LEGACY_SYMIM\0000."

 

2. How do I contact tech support via email?

Can someone please answer question #1 on my post please. I really need question #1 answered.

What Norton product do you have installed?  What version is it (version information is available under Help & Support > About in the form of ##.##.##.### ; for example 3.0.0.135)?  Was this product an upgrade from an older Norton product?

I have norton 360 version 3.5.2.11 installed. The norton 360 I have installed is a retail version purchased from Best Buy. My OS is windows 7. I have a Dell XPS M1710 laptop with 2 Gig of memory.

I fixed this by opening Device Manager, selecting hidden devices under view and uninstalling the driver and restarting the compuer.
