I recently continued my membership and was glad to hear loyalty is rewarded with this voucher, especially after such an expensive renewal. I finally received my link to claim this reward and when I type in the same email as the one i signed up with there is an error. I would really like a solution as I don't know whether i would have renewed if I can not receive this voucher, and I feel it is wrong to offer one without the customer being able to us it.
