Error while scanning in all modes

I recently install Microsoft 365 on my computer. since then I can not scan manually in all scan modes. I also receive an error message that the software can not communicate with the Norton server. An suggestions on a fix?

1. Operating System (32/64bit)

2. Norton program name and version number installed

3. Are you able to download and apply Norton LiveUpdates from program?
