Ex Norton Seal Client, Current Norton Digital Cert. User Software False Positive

Dear Norton Team,

Nauman here from Sorcim. Our company's software R E G I N O U T is now detected as PUA  by Norton, and our users who also happen to be your clients are facing a difficult situation. As soon as they download and install R E G I N O U T, the Norton removes it. We strongly believe this is a false positive detection, and request an immediate action from you to make necessary changes that are hurting our reputation and causing problems to the end users.

The product (http:// reginout . com/reginout_setup(dot)exe) and it's website (www . reginout . com) were protected by Norton Secure seal for a number of years. As soon as we stopped being the customer of this security seal, our software have become a suspect in the eyes of Norton. Not only this, we are using the digital certificate by Norton which verified everything about our company. Despite this verification by the Symantec itself, our software is now labelled as a possible threat which is quite strange.

Kindly take note of our request. The software which is listed on Microsoft Pinpoint and strictly follows Google Software Principles should not be seen as malicious.

I will suggest you to fix this problem at earliest and let us serve our users without any hindrances.
