Exception Error - trying to read memory at address 0x00000

Norton Support did their deal with taking control and all the un-installs and purging and clean installs with no help.  I can't seem to get them to explore the issue farther.  I have four devices on my subscription and this machine has always had Norton and worked in the past.
This device is an Dell I7 with 32 GB of memory and two additional monitors.  The issue started when I maxed out the memory, I need the memory for Hyper-V requirements for some 2016 Server work, at the moment not able to uninstall Hyper-V until project completes.  I could I guess, but really don't want to risk losing my virtual servers.

The error occurs even when I haven't started Hyper-V Manager.

The error occurs when I try to open settings in My Norton.

Appreciate any thoughts..
