Hello, i have the latest version of Norton 360 on my samsung tablet S9 plus, and i’d like to use split tunelling to exclude Android system from VPN connection, so that i can use smart view to my LG tv.
The problem is that it doesnt seem to appear on the list of apps, i’ve even excluded all apps except the one that i want to use VPN, and it doesnt seem to work.
Can anyone help me ?

Hello. Look for Smart Things App on your S9 tablet. Add it to the VPN tunneling. Note that LG TV’s do not play well with VPN’s natively.

Excluding SmartThings doesn’t work as Smartview still initiate the connection, but will not begin the remote display. The TV screen remains blank.
Are you mirroring the screen to your TV? Are both devices on the same network connection?

Have you had Smart View working in the past?
Have you verified that turning off the VPN allows your connection to the TV? If that does not resolve the issue, there is some other issue.
