Well, I’m still v22.x because I’m not one of the chosen…yet.
Maybe, you can still pull v22.x from your Norton account…but, since you’re v24.x…after awhile you’ll probably get v24.x…again.
~ regarding “backup” issues…I’ve just heard some user reports. I’ve not touched v24.x…at this time.
I imagine Norton is working on known issues.
