please remove norton forum account MarkStewart33
Problem:
login with Facebook fails repeatedly
Problem background:
my norton forum id is MarkStewart
my facebook account id is also MarkStewart
my account email for facebook and for norton forum is the same email (not allowed to post emails here)
Problem behaviors (2 fails):
i am not logged into my norton forum account
i login to norton forum with facebook account MarkStewart
login asks if i would
like to connect facebook login to a norton forum login
i follow instructions and post to norton forum thinking i am connected to facebook account
i post to:

fail 1) after posting, i notice that my post is made by is MarkStewart33
this is not my norton forum id !
this is not my facebook id !
i log out from norton forum, that is from the corrupt facebook login
i login to norton forum using proper MarkStewart id
i open norton forum settings Social Connect tab
i try to connect facebook account
fail 2) i get the following error message
"Sorry, we could not connect to this Facebook account because it is already in use by
another community account. Please log out of Facebook and try again with a different account."
please remove norton forum account "MarkStewart33"
if possible, please fix !
Norton Forum Social Connect is NOT working with Facebook.
norton forum is not able to connect to my facebook account

fyi facebook did a major connect update last year
that update "froze" facebook's own API change to allow dev's like norton forum to catch up
