Norton automatically scans my facebook news feed for threats. It's been doing this regularly for about a year. I got my first threat today. But I was wondering what makes it a threat. The threat came from a youtube post. Now this page that I 'like" on facebook is actually a YouTuber, He posts videos regularly and shares them on his facebook fan page. He posted the video to facebook a few days ago and it was "safe" but he reshared his link today and Norton Web Safe marked it as WARNING. He is an aspiring comedian and is now getting paid from Youtube so I really doubt that he has planted a virus. I'm not really technologically inclined so I really don't know how all that works. Is it possible that he uses a third party host who is infecting his videos or something along that line? Please use laymens terms when responding, I am not hip to any techie lingo :) thanks!
