FaceTime Blocked on iPad

My son receives a FaceTime call from his music teacher for the lesson. Since I set up Norton family on his iPad, FaceTime is not working. How do I enable FaceTime?

You are not understanding the issue. This is when instant lock is NOT on, and I have disabled time supervision. It is blocking FaceTime calls and that is something my son needs to use. How do I enable FaceTime and not block it?

Welcome to Norton Family forum.

When Instant Lock or Time supervision is enforced in the iOS device, Camera, FaceTime and other third party apps including Norton Family will be hidden. Once the device is unlocked or curfew ends, the apps will reappear. Please note that, the reappeared apps will be rearranged and placed in alphabetical order and Apps organised inside folder will also be placed outside the folder after apps are visible.
