Hi everyone,
I’m hoping to get some advice regarding problems I’m facing with my ethernet adapters while using Norton 360 for Windows. Ever since I installed Norton, I’ve been experiencing connectivity issues that I didn’t have before. My internet keeps dropping, and sometimes it’s hard to even establish a connection.
I’ve tried disabling Norton temporarily, and the issues seem to improve, which makes me think there’s a conflict. I’ve also checked my ethernet adapter settings, but everything looks fine on that end.
Has anyone else encountered similar problems with ethernet adapters and Norton 360? If so, what steps did you take to resolve the issues? Any tips on configuring Norton or the adapters to work together more smoothly would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for your help! Looking forward to your suggestions.

@ameliahebrew The screenshot below is for version 24.xx which is the latest release. First, click on the “Repair Norton” radio button and allow it to check your install for issues. If then, none are found or the issue persists. Click the “Reset to Default” radio button. A system restart is required for the changes to take effect. This will reset Norton back to default settings as if it were reinstalled. The firewall will also be reset. Recheck for the issue persisting after restart, and post back your status so we can follow up.
