Issue abstract:Factoroy reset

Detailed description: I was scammed and they were able to get me to give them remote access before I realized what was happening. I am going to do a factory reset to insure I have done everything to protect myself. Once that is done and my computer is wiped clean I will need to reinstall the Norton software. Is there anything I need to know before I begin this process?

@Dianne_Wilder When your clean reinstall has completed reboot for good measure. Then open your web browser and log into your Norton account. Download your Norton product there once again. After it activates for you check the number of licenses used to make sure the one you were using previously doesn’t get duplicated. If a second license is taken for the reinstall just delete the other license that was first used to clear up the licenses used. If it doesn’t show a duplicate license you are all set.

[1] * Run a full system scan with Norton to make sure nothing made it over to the reinstall just to be safe.
