Failed to Install Driver Updater and Utilities

Issue abstract: Installation for Driver Updater and Utilities fails to install.

Detailed description: I have bought a new Microsoft Surface 5 laptop with Co-Pilot. I’m trying to install my usual software and is mostly good. Norton 360 has installed okay. However, for Driver Updater and Utilities I’m getting an error message of
“This operating system is not supported.
Error code 45056
More information in log:
C:\ProgramData\Norton\Icarus\Logs\sfx.log”.
When I navigate to C:\ProgramData\Norton\ I don’t see a folder called “Icarus”, so probably a hidden folder.

Obvious questions:
Subscription - I have a subscription to cover it. Recently renewed. Spare spaces.

It could be that these features are hidden somewhere within the new style user interface. I have tried to find them but with no luck.

you got arm driver updater and norton utilities dont support it if it was a ryzen ore intel cpu then it has workt fine if you get a surface whit x64 it works fine see it on nortons website on the driver updater and norton utilities website
