Trusteer rapport recently reported an attempt to capture an internet banking screen I was using, asking me to accept it or block it. Of course I blocked it. I'm wondering why Norton 360 failed to prevent this from happening. I ran a full scan immediately which found the Trojan Asprox virus in an unopened zip file attachment to an email I'd deleted. (I presume that this didn't cause the problem?)
Can anyone cast any light on what might have happened and why Norton 360 didn't catch this attempt? I've read that Norton and Trusteer Rapport don't make great bedfellows but this is the first time something like this has happened after some years of sing both.
