Fake Refund Scam?

Hi,

I've just received an email from orders@mail.norton.com saying my refund is being processed and will come through in 5 to 7 days.  The reference number matches the product that I bought last but I have not asked for a refund and the amount that I'm told I'm being refunded is not the same amount that I spent.  I also checked my order history with my norton account which tells me that the order status is closed/complete for the item I'm being refunded for.

I'm immediately suspicious... Has any one else had any email like this?  Does orders@mail.norton.com exist as a legit address?
