False "Phishing" rating & re-evaluation request stuck for several months

Hello Norton Team,
I am the owner of the website https:// www.shindaan. com/.
Several months ago, I submitted a request to re-evaluate my site, which is incorrectly flagged as “Phishing”.

However, the request is still pending, and the incorrect rating has not been removed.
I cannot submit a new dispute because the system says it is “already in process”.
This situation is causing serious issues for our operations.
To be clear, my site is a simple entertainment platform with quizzes.
**It has NO login forms, NO user registration, and NEVER asks for any personal information.**
It is impossible for it to be a phishing site.

Google Safe Browsing has confirmed our site is “Safe,” and a recent VirusTotal scan shows 0 flags from over 90 security vendors.
Could you please manually check the status of my original request and escalate this review?
The ticket seems to be stuck in your system.

I just checked right after your message, and I can confirm that the site’s rating has been updated to “Safe.”

I’m not sure what the trigger was, but I’m truly relieved that this problem, which I’ve been struggling with for months, has finally been resolved.
