False "Phishing" rating & re-evaluation request stuck for several months

Several months ago, I submitted a request to re-evaluate my site, which is incorrectly flagged as “Phishing”.
However, the request is still pending, and the incorrect rating has not been removed.
I cannot submit a new dispute because the system says it is “already in process”.
Could you please manually check the status of my original request and escalate this review
