False Positive 2 - The Return

Following on from my other thread http://community.norton.com/norton/board/message?board.id=nis_feedback&message.id=43486#M43486

Although that method is working in the whole I am having further problems with NIS2009 when scanning the file.

I have made exceptions in the scans for the file name ‘gta_sa_dll’ I woke up to find a Scan window prompt for me to allow deletion of the file from its zipped folder which I keep for future use or to send to friends who may request it.

It used to ignore it as per request but now NIS2009 decides it doesnt want to ignore it and keeps deleting it from the zip.

I made an exception to the entire zip but it still wants to delete it, there is no option to ignore or anything so I have to keep taking it from the game folder and readding it to the zip until the next time it scans it.

Is there a way I can send the file to Nortons to have a look at the file and try to do something to an update that will stop it biting at this file or is there a method to make NIS2009 leave the file alone, it leaves it alone when its out of the zip (using the method in my previous thread in the link above) but when its inside a zip it seems to ignore my request to exclude it.

Help please.
