False positive causing upset customers.

I develop software for Windows PC's.

The software is ongoing so every time I change a program Norton throws it up as a false positive.

To complicate matters my software has 12 .exe's it can call on giving Morton 12 more opportunities at throwing up 12 false positives !

I am getting lots of customers with Norton ringing me up saying my software has a virus in it when it hasnt.

I believe Norton throw out any new programs it hasn't seen before. It not only tracks the filename but the filenames length/checksum.

So even though a previous version of my software is accepted then next version is thrown up as a false positive again.

I am finding Norton almost impossible to live with as a developer.
