Issue abstract:
maxionresearch. com — a site I own and have just verified as the site owner in Norton Safe Web — is showing a false-positive “Warning” rating. Asking for a manual re-review.
Detailed description:
I’m the verified owner of maxionresearch. com (a legitimate market research / focus group site). A while back the site was hit with malware, which Norton correctly flagged at the time. We had it professionally cleaned months ago and hardened it (Wordfence + WAF rules), and it’s been clean ever since.
The old “Warning” rating has stuck around as a stale false positive. Every other major vendor has already cleared us — VirusTotal shows 0 detections, and Fortinet, Trellix, Gridinsoft, and CRDF have all removed their flags. Norton Safe Web is the last one still showing the old warning.
I submitted a dispute through the Safe Web portal over a week ago (and again today), and completed site-owner verification today, but the rating hasn’t changed. Could a mod please help escalate this to the Safe Web team for a manual re-review? Happy to provide anything you need. Thank you.
