I am the administrator of ogata-ent(dot)com. I have completed a thorough manual cleanup and security audit of the entire server.
Our site is now 100% clean, as confirmed by latest scans from Wordfence and Sucuri. During the maintenance, we have:
Physically removed all 0-byte configuration files and legacy temporary files.
Optimized the security plugin’s cache storage directory to ensure no PHP files are present in the /uploads/ folder.
Verified that there are no malicious redirects or suspicious scripts.
The current “Warning” status appears to be based on outdated information. We kindly request a manual re-evaluation to clear our domain from the blacklist.
Note: after submitting dispute and waiting 48 business hours with no change.
Contact official Norton Support and advise support that you’ve submitted dispute and waited 48 business hours. My understanding is…once you state that you have already submitted False Positive over the submission portal and waited 48 business hours…support agent shall take the URL and detection screenshot and advance the case.
Norton Submission Portal is used for submitting false positive reports.
Verified site owners generally have access to a dashboard where they can see the status of their site and any pending disputes.
If the status of your site has not changed – on the Safe Web public lookup – after 48 business hours – contact official Norton Support directly. Explicitly tell the agent: “I have already submitted a site dispute via the Safe Web portal more than 48 hours ago and have not received a status update.” This often prompts support to escalate the ticket manually.
Thank you very much for your detailed explanation and guidance.
The steps are very clear now, and I feel much more relieved. I have already submitted the dispute via the portal, so I will wait for 48 business hours to see if the status updates.
If there is no change after that, I will follow your advice and contact Norton Support directly to request an escalation. Your help is greatly appreciated!
I can see that the rating has finally changed to “Safe.” Thank you for providing the external scan results and for your continuous support throughout this process. It was very reassuring to have your guidance.
