False positive on URL

Hello,

We are experiencing a false positive detection with Norton 360.

The URL mybdi .biodiagnostics.net is a client login page and is rated as safe on the Norton Safe Web website.

However, the endpoint product is still blocking it with a “Detected by Safe Web” phishing warning.

A false positive report was submitted, but the block remains in place.

This is impacting our clients’ ability to access the login page.

My understanding is…once you state that you have already submitted False Positive over the submission portal and waited 48 business hours…support agent shall take the URL and detection screenshot and advance the case.
