I had my website hacked months ago while it was being set up. I was busy, so I never finished it once it was hacked. My friend and business partner manages all of our sites. He cleaned up everything and switched hosts. This all happened months ago, but he's verified that there should be no issues now. I recently submitted a false positive report to Norton and this was their reply:
In relation to submission [xxxxxxx].
Upon further analysis and investigation we have determined that the URL(s) in question meet the necessary criteria to be detected by our products and as such, the detection cannot be revoked.

Is there any way to get a follow up on this? There should be no problem with this site right now, but they're telling me there is. I really need to get this site up, but there is no point if my customers will be blocked from accessing it if they use Norton. It's looking like I might need to switch domains, but given this one is the domain of my company I'd rather not. Any help anyone?
