False Positive - Stalled Dispute for wantirnaosteo.com.au

Hello Norton Team and Community,

I am a web developer writing to urgently request assistance with a long-standing false positive report for a client’s website.
Website URL: wantirnaosteo.com.au

Issue: The site is being incorrectly flagged as malicious by Norton 360.

Dispute History: The site was first flagged in November 2024. Our client submitted a dispute immediately after, but the case has remained unresolved.

Dispute ID: Unknown. The client is not tech savvy and cannot locate the original dispute number.

Verification: We have thoroughly scanned the site and confirmed it is 100% clean using multiple independent security scanners, including Sucuri SiteCheck and Google Safe Browsing, which all report the site as safe.

This ongoing false positive is causing significant disruption and damage to our client’s business and reputation. We have followed the correct procedure but the dispute appears to be stalled in the system.

Could a member of the Safe Web team please review this case, escalate it, and expedite the re-evaluation process?

Hi all, I am not sure what all this means. Can you please let me know what needs to be done to sort this out? We are about to move the site to WordPress and to a new hosting provider, but I do not want this to follow. How can the issue be resolved? If you can please advise on next steps, that would be great.
