However, the response I received stated that the site’s status would not be changed, without providing any explanation or details. (my site enjoyx )
There is no breakdown of the issue, no specific findings, and no further steps I can take.
At this point, I feel completely stuck with no way to move forward.
I would appreciate guidance from a specialist or anyone who can clarify what exactly triggered the warning and how I can resolve it.

Please contact Norton support and advise support that you’ve submitted dispute and waited 48 business hours. My understanding is…once you state that you have already submitted False Positive over the submission portal and waited 48 business hours…support agent shall take the URL and detection screenshot and advance the case.
