false product expiry Norton Security

Have multi-use Norton Security program.  Seems every day or so, one of the computers on our Norton subscription "expires".  We have more than 100 days left, for 5 laptops.   OS are Windows Vista and Windows 7.   What the heck is going on?  Am totally tired of having to uninstall and reinstall the product every time this happens, this is the second time it's happened in two days.  It's a merry go round as to which laptop will end up in "subscription expired".  Yes, it does seem the laptops that aren't used "every" day are the ones most affected but that shouldn't matter.  Any assistance to stop this nonsense would be greatly appreciated.
