The website belongs to MOBILE HÖRBERATUNG SCHWEIZ, a legitimate Swiss business offering hearing tests, hearing consultations and hearing aid services.
We have already submitted the website for review several times through the Norton Safe Web process. We have also contacted Norton support multiple times regarding this issue, but unfortunately we have not received a clear response, a case ID, or any details about what exactly is being flagged.
The website does not contain any malware, phishing pages, deceptive downloads, spam content, suspicious redirects, or injected content that we are aware of.
We have also checked the domain with other security and reputation tools, and no malware or unsafe content was found.
The current “Warning” rating is creating unnecessary concern for visitors and customers and is unfairly affecting the business.
If Norton has identified a specific URL, file, redirect, script, or security issue, we would appreciate receiving those details so we can review and fix anything necessary.
Desired outcome:
Manual review of mobile-hoerberatung-schweiz.ch, details on the specific issue if one exists, and removal of the “Warning” rating if this is confirmed to be a false positive.
