I have installed Norton Family on a Galaxy S5 mini, Android 5.1.1. This mobile comes with Samsung Smart Manager preinstalled. When I cleanup the RAM with the Smart Manager, the Norton Family app is killed.
Does anyone have experience with that?
Smart Manager can not so easily be uninstalled. I guess I would manage with some effort, but I suppose that other Cleanup Apps will do the same? So I'm not sure that uninstalling Smart Manager really solves the problem. I will definitely not start a competition with my son, him installing/trying Cleanup Apps to kill Norton Family, me uninstalling these Apps. If Norton Family is not save against process killing, it's useless.
The Norton support didn't really help me, just advised to uninstall Smart Manager.
Does anyone have any experience/solution?
Best regards,
Martin
