Forgiv me if there is somewhere else I could be finding the help I need, however I am very new to this :)
I installed Norton Family Prem on my daughters samsung galaxy S4 last night as well as on my iphone 5s .
It seemed to be wokring perfectly last night before we went to bed. I decided to test it this morning before I sent her to school with her ohone so I sent her a text message ad it worked no problem, however when I sent her a text message via Facebook and another though an app call viber. Nothing showed up aywhere tellin gme or showing me she was even using her phone.
No social networks where showing on her phone, no web use no apps... nothing... so then i decided to track her while she was on the bus to school and it was giving me incoorect location of being outside my house still...
help...??
I really need to track her socail media texting more so then the regular
