Hi, we got the Money Pak virus. We are on a Dell desktop 64 bit Windows 7. For whatever reason, F8 does not take us to safe mode. We do not have a back up. In order to run Norton Power Eraser you have to connect to the internet, but as soon as we do that the virus pops up and locks the computer again.
Side question: If we plug my laptop into our internet source, will the virus get onto my laptop? May sound silly, but want to be cautious.
