My ISP had a problem and so I need to log in to my router to change details to use another ISP. I couldn't not log in using the computer that has online family installed on it probably cause online family couldn't rate the page of my router (192.168.1.1). Then I thought that I could just disable it for 15 minutes, change the details and enable it again. When I tried to disable it it got stuck trying to verify the parent settings cause it was trying to connect to the service to do it and there was no Internet connection so it couldn't connect. In the end I had to log on using a computer that didn't have it installed and changing the details. It would be nice if it didn't have to connect to the service to validate the parent's details, especially if there is no Internet connection. Your service might go down as well and I might need to disable the online family client to browse the Internet then.
