Fedup with Symentec - Activation issues for NIS2011

Dear Norton,

 

I am getting fedup with Norton.  This is the 3rd time that is happened to me.  I have NIS2011 installed on 2 PCs and I supposed to have 1 additional activation.  But when i check my account, I have none.

 

Come on!!! What is happening.  Why does Symentec deduct my activation automatically.

 

Can some one help me to prevent this?  What should I do to prevent Symentec from deducting my activations.

 

I really fedup.

 

SYMENTEC PLEASE RETURN MY 1PC ACTIVATION !!!!!!!
