I am runnning both recovery point backups of my C drive and file/folder backups of my My Documents folder. After running these backups for a few days, I wanted to create a "clean" file/folder backup since I had made some major changes. , i.e. a complete new copy of my My Documents folder. In attempting to do so, I deleted ghost file backup folder on the destination hard drive (probably not a smart move in retrospect). When I ran the file/folder backup again, it only did an incremental. I tried deleting all files using manage backup destination but this is very slow (like its trying to find the files I already deleted).
1. Is there any easier way to reset Ghost to run a complete file/folder backup, i.e. the equivalent of base recovery point for a particular folder or set of files.
2. I would also like to burn DVD's periodically of my personal files. Is there a way to force it to create a complete copy each time I select my DVD drive as the destination? I suspect it will try to perform an incremental if I use the same destination drive I used previously but I have not tried this yet with a DVD.
