I simply can't understand why Norton have implemented the form filling assistant in the way they have.
For example:
1. If you click "Vault is Open" on the Norton toolbar, and then click the "Open Fill Assistant" icon at the bottom of the window that opens, it brings up a list of my "addresses" and "wallet". All well and good so far. However, I can find no way to fill a complete form using one of the displayed options - I can only fill one field at a time by selecting the appropriate address/wallet item and then dragging and dropping the field into the appropriate box on the form. How unnecessarily time consuming and inconvenient!
2. HOWEVER, if I don't bother opening the fill assistant, but instead click on the first box in the form I want to fill in, magically a bar appears across the top that gives me the option to select an address/wallet and then to fill the whole form. Wonderful!
My question is, therefore, what on earth is the use of the "Open Fill Assistant" icon mentioned in 1 above, especially as it doesn't give the option to fill in the whole form at once?!

One suggestion I can give is that as I have found, a couple of web sites I have come across have not used the same naming criteria used by the wallet, and may try to put the cerdit card number in the phone number box, as an example. You can use the Fill Assistant to fill the fields you need to correct.
I know sometimes the auto form filling doesn't always get it right but in my experience it's far easier to get the whole form filled in and then make any corrections to individual fields, than having to fill each field separately. Therefore, I simply see no need for an option to fill each field separately.
I agree that many times I cannot see the reason for a feature in a program. That does not mean it is not useful to another user. I just ignore that feature and take advantage of the ones I can utilize.
Maybe some other users can post their experience with this feature and we can both learn how it can be of use.
