Find "Settings" window

I am signed into my Norton 360 account.  On no window that I have seen has the word 'settings' appeared - consequently I cannot change any settings on my account.  I don't know how to get to the right place on Norton's website.

Open your Norton device security product.
If you see the My Norton window, next to Device Security, click Open.

In the Norton product main window, click Settings.

Open My Norton for My Norton view 
Open Norton 360 for Classic view


Open Norton 360 Classic view -> Settings -> Backup Settings or Quick Controls

Open My Norton for My Norton window 
Open Norton 360 for Classic window

Note:
Settings from tray icon opens My Norton Settings.
Settings from Classic view opens Norton 360 Settings.

Open Norton 360 Classic window -> Classic Settings -> Backup Settings or Quick Controls 

Please turn Backup Off.  Please turn Backup On only as needed.   If you have Backup Scheduled.  Please change Backup Schedule to Manual.   Please, even with Schedule Manual .... please turn Backup On only as needed...to avoid Run Backup Now popup.  

Open Norton 360 Classic window -> Classic Settings -> Backup Settings or Quick Controls 

  1. Open your Norton device security product.
    If you see the My Norton window, next to Device Security, click Open.

  2. In the Norton product main window, click Settings.

  3. In the Settings window, under Detailed Settings, click Backup Settings.

  4. In the Backup Settings window, in the Backup row, slide the switch to Off.
    If you turn the switch off, you cannot perform any backup tasks from the Norton product.

I want to turn off my Cloud backup - I use another app. for backup and am very happy with it.   I don't find anything on the Norton website which will allow me to do this, but it does want to suggest that, since I don't use the Norton app. for back up, I have a device with 'security problems' - those problems being my not backing up on their system.

Hmm, I wonder if you're looking at a Norton partner site?

What Norton account settings?  Please allow all Norton pages content.
