Fingerprint Stopped Working to Open Identity Safe Vault

I have a Motorola Z Force Droid on Verizon, running Android 7.0 (NCLS25.86-11-4-6-8).  All of a sudden, Identity Safe doesn't allow a PIN nor Fingerprint to open the vault.  Only the Password option is available which I don't remember because I've been using my fingerprint for so long.  

Any idea why the fingerprint option to open the vault is no longer available?  Is there any way to make the fingerprint option work again to open my vault so I don't lose all of the current contents?

In the past, an update to the ID Safe app required the user to set up a new PIN and then they could set up the fingerprint access again.

Try that to see if it helps. Of course you will have to know the password.

My PIN has stopped working on both the Android and iPad. I have entered my password (which I do remember) and that isn't working either.
