Have been trying to fix this withot un-installig either product.
I turned off Norton Tamper protection and found the correct "coFFplgn.dll" in my wifes system and overwrote the existing ones in the foders below in Win 7 SP1 X64.

I restareted my system,then FF1701 asked if I wanted to enable.
I said yes and problem solved.
