Firefox 18.0 and NIS2013 tracking cookie issue

Ever since Firefox 18.0 update Norton Internet Security 20.2.0.19 is not detecting tracking cookies.  Tried NIS with IE8 and it detected them as did previous versions of Firefox.  Please advise.
