NIS2012 on Windows 7 64bit. I have run live update but problem persists. If I enable the Norton toolbar in FF 7 both IE and FF take nearly 2 minutes to open. When I disable the toolbar in FF only, both IE and FF open immediately. Anyone have any ideas?
